For national statistical monitoring on environmental statistics, reports are given on the following forms:
- Statistical form of national statistical monitoring “Report on costs of environmental protection” (code 1411104, index 4-OS, periodicity annual);
- Statistical form of the national statistical monitoring “Report on collection and export of municipal waste” (code 1431104, index 1-waste, periodicity annual);
- Statistical form of the national statistical monitoring “Report on wastes sorting, recycling and dumping” (code 1441104, index of 2-waste, periodicity of annual);
- Statistical form of the national statistical monitoring “Report on the protection of the atmosphere” (code 1421103, index 2-TP (air), periodicity annual).
The form of the report and the instruction on filling was approved by the Chairman of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic Order of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2015 No. 158 “On the approval of statistical forms of national statistical monitoring on environmental statistics and instructions on their filling.”
